Troubleshooting

Unit not inflating properly

  1. Check that there are no tears or rips in the fabric
  2. Ensure that the blower is tightly connected to the blower and no air is escaping
  3. If there are zips on the unit, check they are closed

Blower not working

  1. Check that all plugs are correctly plugged in
  2. Ensure that the circuit breaker has not tripped
  3. Check that the blower vent is not obstructed

Slow running fan / poor airflow

  1. The power cable may be too small for the size of the unit
  2. The power cable may be too long
  3. Clean the blower connector pipe

Weak fan pressure/fan noise

  1. Check if the fan is spinning backwards
  2. Turn the fan off
  3. Grab the air duct (preventing back flow) and wait till fan has stopped
  4. Turn the fan on again
